How should I store my Sourdough?

As we forgo use of any preservatives, your bread will stay fresh on your counter, covered for 4-5 days, after that we recommend putting your bread in the fridge to prevent molding. You may also place your whole bread in a Ziploc gallon bag in the freezer to enjoy within 2-3 months. You can also freeze your bread sliced for easy defrosting in a toaster.

How should I refresh frozen sourdough?

Remove the loaf from the freezer and allow to defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, unwrap the sourdough and spritz with a very light water mist.

Place misted sourdough into preheated 350 degree oven for
5 to 10 minutes and then let cool.

Or pop a frozen slice of bread
in the toaster.

Is your Sourdough peanut / nut free?

Our sourdough does not contain any nuts or peanuts, however the kitchen where the sourdough is made is not peanut / nut free.
